Ice Skating
When the holiday season approaches, we always like to take time to ice skate but you can ice skate year round at some great places in Greater Cincinnati. Head to Northland Ice Center or Sports Plus in Reading for indoor ice rinks or make a trip to Miami University and skate in the Googin Center.

US Bank Ice Rink on Fountain Square (seasonal)
Fountain Square
520 Vine St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202
Enjoy outdoor seasonal skating at Fountain Square. The rink is set up every holiday season. It's sort of magical to see skaters spinning around the rink but remember to dress warm. They also have Santa Skates during the week so check the website above for more information.
Googin Ice Center
Oxford, Ohio, 45056 - (513) 529-9800
Make a trip to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio to see one of the prettiest college campuses and then do some ice skating. Please see their website for public skate times. They also do ice skating parties.
Northland Ice Center
10400 Reading Rd., Evendale, Ohio 45242 - (513) 563-0001
This rink reminds me of the rink I used to skate on in Jamestown, NY so it brought back some good memories. It is the first indoor year round ice skating rink in the area. They have public skate times and learn to skate and hockey lessons.
Sports Plus
10765 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio - (513) 769-1010
In addition to being a mecca for all things fun (home of ZipCity indoor zip line.) this place has ice skating - not one rink, but 3 rinks. Also home base of Cincinnati Skating School.
