Learning Enrichment and Assistance Program

LEAP has been serving kindergarten through college students in Mason and the surrounding areas since 1999.  LEAP's educational assistance and enrichment programs help students catch-up, keep-up or move ahead.  All tutoring is individual and private with certified and experienced instructors.  LEAP also offers ACT-SAT preparation with great results as well as our Efficient and Effective Study Habits program.  LEAP is a personal and affordable option to national educational franchises as LEAP is locally owned and operated.

Will Super Scoring Help with College Admission?

As scores rolled in, students started asking us IF they should retest.  I wrote about this previously in our post Who Should take the ACT or SAT Again?  Since that article, ACT has updated their statistics on who actually improves on a second attempt.  Overall, 57% of students will improve. To see your odds, according to ACT data which differs from students who prep with LEAP, consult the chart on the ACT site.  83.4% of LEAP students improve their scores.

ACT and SAT State Testing Dates 2018

If you live in a state that gives a statewide ACT or SAT, such as Ohio, Colorado, Michigan, Kentucky and many others, dates have been set for 2018. These dates should be considered when planning ahead for junior year college entrance testing. For those taking algebra 2 as a junior, LEAP advises your state test be your first test.
