Beach Mountain Sneak Peak

Sometimes even Moms get to have some fun. Today, I got a sneak peak at Beach Mountain. It's great knowing that we will have a fun place to go snow tubing that is close to home. With ten lanes of snow packed fun, you'll be sure to see lots of smiles and good old fashioned family fun. Beach Mountain is meant to be enjoyed by all ages so kids ages 3 years and 42" tall are welcome to ride (must be able to ride as a single). There will also be a smaller snow tubing area for the children under 42" tall and here they can enjoy a snow village and lots of snow just waiting for snow angels to be made.

Beach Mountain has their grand opening this Friday, November 21, 2014. Be sure to enter their "Grand Prize Giveaway Contest".

"Enter to win the GrandPrize Giveaway Contest which includes a two-hour Beach Mountain Snow Tubing Party for 10 of your friends or family members with a steaming cup of hot chocolate for everyone! Entry blanks and an entry box will be placed by Beach Mountain’s concessions stand on Friday, November 21 through Sunday, November 23. There is a limit of one entry per person, per day. You must be 18 years or older to enter, but need not be present to win. One lucky winner will be selected at random and contacted on November 24." (from Beach Mountain press release)

This is going to be a great option for families when your kids get bored this winter. Bundle them up for some thrills and chills as they zip down the 400 foot hill. There will also be concessions (hot cocoa please) where you can sit in a heated chalet and warm up.

Parking is FREE and snow tubing is slotted for two-hour increments. If you decide you want to do some more tubing after your two hours, you can always add on more time for an additional fee. There is also no charge if you are there just to watch your kids snow tube.
