If you're a parent, navigating the world of kids sports can be a bit overwhelming. With so many sports to choose from, it can be a daunting task to research all your options and figure out what is offered where you live. That is why you will love the new website, Youthletic. Youthletic provides an easy to use directory of local sports teams and programs.
Since I live in Mason, I went on the Youthletic website and was able to find 60 sport programs in my area (just click on the neighborhood menu). You can subdivide your research by location or by sport. So, if you are interested in lacrosse, just click on lacrosse and you can find local lacrosse programs. Having this resource available will definitely make it easier on many parents. Plus, you can also rate the program. Love your local gymnastics program? Then let other parents know why so their kids can benefit from it too.
Having a resource like Youthletic will definitely be a great tool to include on MasonMetu's sports/fitness pages. If you don't see a program on our site, Youthletic will be able to help you find it, just look for the big orange circle and smile.
